Subject :Jockey Chouhan on a strong wicket

According to this portal the Hon'ble AP High Court has refused to vacate the stay granted to P.S.Chouhan which means that if the HRC does not restore the licence to the Jockey and the Jockey petitions the Court he can have the HRC liable to/for contempt of Court!

Ideally a compromise would have to be worked out as anyway the BTC has ignored the HRC ban.

Time for all the Clubs to be run professionally separating the committee members(elected)from the racing professionals in order that there is no conflict of interest. Employ professionals from all walks of life to run it as an operating Board and we will see better standards of racing upkeep of premises and revenues.

If only horses were wishes!!!!

The whole plot does not refer to jockey, trainer, owner and stewards of club and we do not know the the instructions between jockey and trainer ?

As far as I can deduce that Jockey PSC would not gone to the extent of staying the stewards decision.

I feel PSC is right.

FOR THE SAKE OF TRANSPARENCY THE CLUB'S SHOULD PRACTICE THE RECORDING OF INSTRUCTION'S BY THE TRAINER, WHICH WOULD RESOLVE THE MATTER.

My informed source tells me today afternoon that suspension of jockey PS Chouhan has been stayed upto February 10.
Today's 1st race says it all.

Played a token 10k win on his horse..
As I said my prayers never go unheard ..

Mumbai Derby... PSC you have a chance to place...
